Program highlights:
◾This is a deferred Payment second Program that requires no payment for up to 6 years as long as the borrower lives in the house as the primary resident.
◾Borrower may be eligible for up to $10,000 towards closing cost on a home with a max sales price up to $225,625
◾Eligible for Fulton County Homes (outside Atlanta, Sandy Springs and Johns Creek city limits)
◾Pre- and Post- homebuyer education classes are required
◾Borrower must have less than $5,000 in liquid assets (does not include 401K or retirement accounts)
◾Property must meet Home Inspection requirements
◾Annual Household income limits are applicable—current list below. Income limits are adjusted annually. Household income is the combined income of all members of the household, including minors.

- 4 persons – $57,350
- 5 persons – $61,950
- 6 persons – $66,500
- 7 persons – $71,100
