Clayton County CHAPP offers $5,000 towards down payment and/or closing costs.  This loan is forgiven 20% each year.  Must be a first time home buyer.  Must complete home buyer course with approved agency.  Must pay $100 for housing authority inspection.  City of Morrow is not eligible.  The income limits on this program mirror the limits on Georgia Dream.
