DeKalb County NSP offers between $14,150 and $25,000 towards repairs or down payment.  This program basically works just like the Georgia Dream NSP.  The only difference is that this program focuses on DeKalb county’s areas of greatest need and they break the areas down into 4 tiers.  Depending on what tier the property falls into will determine the amount the buyer will receive.  The only tier not available to all home buyers is tier 2.  This area is reserved for DeKalb County first responders.
